At QVR Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition. To maintain hygiene standards, hair must be unworn, uncut, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the hair in its original bundle or wig box, ensuring all tags and protective nets are intact to avoid damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our processing center, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
